NEW Schedule Update

Ok guys, gonna tweak the schedule a little more and we appreciate you bearing with us. The new schedule is as follows.

Morning Classes
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday (NO morning classes on WEDNESDAY)
5:45AM & 7:00AM

Afternoon Classes
Mon – Thurs
12:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 6:00PM, 7:00PM

OPEN GYM
Open gym is for “Unlimited times per week” members to come in and work out on their own around classes. Best time is before and after class. If working out during class times you may be asked to move by trainer on the floor. (Just use common sense to stay out of the way)
Mon – Thurs open gym will start at 11:00AM and go till close 8:00PM
Friday open gym from 5:45am – 6:30pm
Saturday open gym noon-2pm

SATURDAYS
11:00am members WOD
Open Gym noon – 2:00pm

SUNDAYS
Closed (May be open for private instruction based on individual trainer)

Schedule Starts after Opening Day 2 Year Anniversary Party Tuesday April 1st so start talking about it amongst each other so everyone gets the news!!

Hey guys sorry for changing things up on you but we’re trying a few different things to see what works best for the most people! Starting tomorrow we’ll be trying a new schedule. Classes in the afternoon will start at 4pm 5pm 6pm and 7pm. Hope to see you then!

3 Year Anniversary Party @ Opening Day

PRIME will be closed Ranger’s Opening Day on Monday March 31st. We’ll be celebrating our 3 year anniversary at Ranger’s Ballpark in Arlington with a tailgate and watch party. Stay tuned for information on specific location and what to bring. Go ahead and mark your calendar and make plans to take off work or school if you’re able. Lookin forward to a great day!

Tell them about your experience with CrossFit and how much it has done for you, have them come by and watch a class and see what we’re all about, invite them to a Saturday workout and we’ll let them workout for free.

Death by Pull-up

With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Pull-up in the first 1 min,
2 Pull-ups in the second 1 min
3 Pull-ups in the third 1 min …
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
*Record total rounds and add up reps for WOD
WOD
For time:
Complete 200 Pull-ups less the amount you completed in the Death by, and also complete 200 Sit-ups and 100 Box jumps in any rep increments and order you choose.
